Cancellations and refunds

On this website we sell tickets to our events and workshops.

In order to allow us to prepare events and workshops well, we have different refunding policies based on the type of event.

Tickets to events

Cancellations and refunds are possible up to 1 day prior to an event.

If you wish to cancel on the day of the event, we may not be able to refund you, but it can still be useful if you let us know, in case we have other people showing up at the door wanting to visit the event in case we are sold out.

Tickets to workshops

Cancellations and refunds are possible up to 2 weeks prior to a workshop.

Refunds

To get a refund, please write to public@instrumentinventors.org requesting the refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or Paypal account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
