Who we share your data with
The data you enter is stored on a virtual private server hosted by TransIP in the Netherlands.
We only use your data to process the order and will not sell the data to any third party.
Our team uses Google Drive in their daily operations to keep a list of participants and visitors. We use eboekhouden.nl for our bookkeeping, to which our bookkeeper Luca Book has access. Additionally our accounts are checked each year by an external accountant.
In reporting to our funding partners we only include totals of tickets sold, not any personal data of who bought these tickets.
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Information on financial transactions for sales we are obliged to keep in our records for seven years.
